This is Nakatsuka’s classic "Wooden Spatula”.
It’s a versatile tool—perfect for stir-frying, curry, and just about anything else. The more you use it, the more its color deepens with age.
From the Artisan
This is a classic wooden spatula with soft, three-dimensional connected shapes that look like they have been used for several years.
The tip is curved upwards on one side, allowing it to grip ingredients firmly, make good contact with frying pans and saucepans, and work well for straining.
The handle has a natural curve and fits comfortably in your hand.
This tool can be used for all types of cooking, from stir-frying to stewing, mixing, and mashing, as it is easy to apply force.
