Temporary Suspension of Sales and Shipping to EU Member Countries

Following changes to EU import procedures implemented on November 1, 2026, we are unable to ship to some EU countries using our usual shipping service. As alternative shipping services would result in significantly higher shipping costs, we are temporarily suspending sales and shipping to all EU member countries.

We will monitor developments in each country and the measures taken by shipping providers, and consider resuming sales and shipping as circumstances allow. We will post an update when we resume.

Orders already placed will be shipped using an alternative shipping service, with any additional shipping costs covered by us.
