This is Nakatsuka’s classic “Maru Spoon” (maru meaning "circle" in Japanese).

It’s the oldest spoon still in use at the shop owner’s home. From curry to fried rice, the children grew up using this spoon.

From the artisan

This spoon is sized for versatile use—from curry to soup and more.

With its gently rounded curves throughout, it’s a tool that feels soft and comfortable in the hand.
