This is a kashikiri (Japanese sweet pick), one of Mori’s classic cutlery series.
Mori’s cutlery pieces have a unified style that reflects his signature aesthetic. The series includes spoons, forks, butter knives, kashikiri, and cutlery rests.
Two wood types are available: Yamazakura (Japanese Mountain cherry) and Walnut. The lighter-colored one is Yamazakura. Each one is sold as a unique item, so please check the photos and item number.
